MB18 Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and MB18 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of all services, products and content provided through MB18's official website at mb18.pro and all related subdomains or applications.

MB18 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the MB18 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy MB18, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and MB18.

To register and use MB18's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not subject to any legal or court prohibition from participating in gambling activities.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is accurate, complete and up to date including your full name, date of birth, email address and active phone number. MB18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided.

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) registered account only. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and forfeiture of their balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MB18 account password and login details. MB18 recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols — and changing it regularly.

MB18 will never ask for your password via email, text, or chat. If anyone claims to be an MB18 staff member and requests your password, this is a fraudulent attempt and you should report it to our support team immediately.

• Activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Always log out of your account when you are done using a shared device.
• Keep your device updated and protected with the latest antivirus software.

MB18 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account if your own negligence is proven to be the cause of that unauthorised access.

MB18 supports a variety of safe and recognised deposit methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE and direct bank transfers. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

A few important points regarding deposits at MB18:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods (exact amount depends on the selected method).
• Deposit funds will be credited to your MB18 account almost instantly once the transaction is successfully confirmed.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

MB18 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals while an investigation is conducted if there are signs of suspicious activity, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

MB18 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions for festive seasons. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion terms.

The general principles of MB18 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per promotion, per player, per household or per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The exact rollover requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• MB18 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through improper means, including multi-account abuse or promotion exploitation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.

MB18 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found to be in violation of these conduct rules, including temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer), MB18 may require you to submit the following documents at any time:

Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of the withdrawal function on your account until the KYC process is completed.

You may request closure of your MB18 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat. Once the closure request is received, any eligible balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable policy after all required checks are completed.

MB18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Multiple account registration.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Bonus or promotion abuse.

In the event of termination due to a Terms violation, MB18 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance as compensation for losses incurred, subject to internal investigation and applicable laws.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by payment providers or banks.

MB18 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors. However, MB18 is committed to addressing any disruptions promptly and communicating transparently with players regarding platform status.

MB18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notice, email, or in-app notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.
